Let your fingerprint be the access to all your banking transactions
To prevent identity theft, the CNBV (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores)1 has requested all banks to use biometric data, like fingerprints, to identify their clients, starting March 31, 2020.
It is important that you enroll your fingerprints with your bank to keep your information secure and tighten identification procedures when you make transactions like opening accounts or acquiring bank products, withdrawing cash at the teller’s window and others.
Visit your Intercam branch with a valid ID and your Executive will help you scan your fingerprints.
The procedure is free and you only need to do it once.
