2. What do I do if my debit card is lost or stolen?

Immediately get in touch with the Telephone Service Center to ask them to block your card, by calling:

3. How do I report a lost or stolen check or checkbook?

You should contact your Relationship Manager. To find the phone number for your branch, go the option:

You will need to present a letter with the following data :

  • Account number
  • Full name of the account holder (or representative if corporation)
  • Check number(s) reported lost or stolen
  • Reason for the report
  • Authorized signature

4. How do I file a disputed charge or incorrectly entered item claim?

Visit your branch and speak to your Relationship Manager, or contact the Customer Telephone Service Center from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Mexico City time).

  • Your account number
  • Your card number (if you have it)
  • Date and amount of the charge.
  • Receipts for purchases or ATM withdrawals (if you have them).

5. How do I look up my bank account balance or activity?

Inquiries about balances and activity can be made using Online Banking or at your branch with your Relationship Manager.

6.  How to I request access to Online Banking?

Go to the branch where you opened your account or contact your Relationship Manager to request the service. Your executive will give you a PIN for first-time access and a digital security device (token).

7. How to I recover my Online Banking password?

To recover your password, follow these steps:

  • Enter the Intercam webpage at intercam.com.mx
  • Select the “Online Banking” option
  • Click on the question “Forgot or blocked your password?”
  • On the next screen select “By password.”
  • Enter your username in the field “Username”
  • Click on “unblock” and a screen will appear asking you to answer your secret questions. Then enter the password from your token. (If you do not remember the answers to your secret questions, you should visit your branch and request a new PIN).
  • If the information is correct, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to enter a new password.
